During my visit, I savored a vibrant mixed greens salad topped with roasted seasonal vegetables and a tangy vinaigrette that married flavors beautifully. The sandwich I tried, a generous portion stacked with fresh ingredients and served on artisan bread, was both hearty and satisfying. Each bite left me anticipating the next, highlighting the care and skill embedded in every dish.

Food was good service was quick. Good place to stop while traveling. Enjoyed the beautiful old building.

I had pork chops and my wife had the pulled pork. Everything was delicious. I wish I knew exactly what they put on the pork chops as they were some of the best I've ever had. Service was great. We were seated promptly and waters remained full. The atmosphere is very much what I'd look for when going on a dinner date with my wife. We'll be back soon!

Stopped on our way home from Omaha tonight and will definitely be back! The food and drinks were great! It's hard to find good mixed drinks east of Omaha but Good Fellows has a great drink menu at reasonable prices. The dinner & lunch menus have a great selection, there should be something to make everyone happy with sandwiches, steaks, chicken, pizza, Mexican, and Asian selections. Many of the menu items look like they could be easily gluten free. The Prime Rib was delicious with a yummy Au jus that had just the right level of flavor and saltiness. I selected the soup starter which was tomato basil, this soup was so good, it reminded me of soup I've had at fancy places in Chicago- so good! Oh, I almost forgot about the deserts, they had a special Raspberry pie with homemade vanilla ice cream tonight but we opted for the strawberry cheesecake. The strawberry syrup tasted fresh and flavorful on top of yummy cheesecake. This hidden treasure is tucked away on Main Street and has a great atmosphere with great service. I'm already looking forward to coming back

Outstanding food in a small town. Very nice decor and plenty of seating for groups. Staff is always ready to make sure you're well taken care of. A smoked Woodford old fashioned would be a great addition.

Great environment and food. The tenderloin sandwich was amazing and pick the chips if you are deciding between the chips and fries.... yum yum, we will stop again when coming through town. And you can play your man at checkers on the beautful custom bar they made. Sara was so sweet so stop by and say hi and fill your belly!

This place is an absolute favorite! Every time we go it's always excellent! We can't believe in a small town like Woodbine Iowa we would find a five star restaurant... Good Fellows is the best! The waitress's take care of you and the food is made with the finest ingredients and taste incredible! A must try for everyone! Don't forget about the handcrafted drinks as well! The owner and staff are extremely friendly. Everything we have eaten here is delicious!

what a gem in the middle of Iowa. we arrived when they just opened for the day and it was open seating. we quickly settled on what to eat. Wife and the kids had a cheeseburger. it was good. the kids cheeseburger is huge (same size as the regular). I love how they give you options as to which potato product you would like. I settled for the special, chicken fried steak. it was delish. served over homemade mashed potatoes (still had some chunks of potato!) along with string beans gravy. So good and for $12?! In Seattle area that would cost you closer to $20. great value, great flavor and great service. I would not hesitate to come back.

A true hidden gem. It's my husband and my favorite place to eat. I love the burrito and he loves the prime Rib. Quaint but upscale. Comfortable so you can wear whatever and the owner and staff are super friendly. Love this place! Highly recommend!
